In this role, you will take ownership of digital merchandising strategies for a product category within a leading eCommerce environment, helping customers discover and engage with innovative products. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across marketing, analytics, design, and SEO to optimize digital journeys, improve conversion performance, and support key commercial initiatives. - Lead digital merchandising execution for an assigned product category, overseeing promotional campaigns, product launches, seasonal events, and ongoing optimization initiatives.
- Enhance customer experiences across key digital touchpoints, including on-site merchandising, email-driven traffic, search channels, and social media referrals.
- Analyze performance data and customer behavior using analytics tools to identify opportunities for growth and improve key eCommerce metrics.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to align featured products and merchandising strategies with forecasted demand, inventory availability, and business priorities.
- Optimize product discoverability through effective navigation structures, product placement strategies, and on-site search enhancements.
- Contribute to broader merchandising projects and continuously support the development of best practices and process improvements.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital merchandising and at least 3 years of experience within eCommerce, digital marketing, or related environments.
- Strong proficiency with web analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics, along with advanced Excel skills and experience using content management systems.
- Solid understanding of key digital commerce performance indicators, including traffic, conversion rate, customer engagement, and average order value (AOV).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a willingness to contribute beyond core responsibilities and support team success.
- Competitive annual salary ranging from CAD $55,000 to $65,000, based on skills and experience.
