This role sits at the heart of a fast-growing SaaS environment, focused on driving revenue expansion within an existing customer base. You will design and execute data-driven, full-funnel marketing programs that increase product adoption, deepen engagement, and generate upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Working closely with product marketing, sales, customer success, and demand generation teams, you will help shape campaigns that directly influence customer lifetime value. The position blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring strong ownership of campaign performance from concept to optimization. You will leverage analytics and AI-driven insights to refine segmentation and personalization at scale. You will lead the development and execution of customer growth marketing initiatives designed to expand revenue, improve retention, and increase product utilization across the customer lifecycle.
- Design and execute full-funnel customer marketing campaigns focused on upsell, cross-sell, adoption, and long-term revenue growth.
- Own end-to-end campaign execution, including strategy, planning, implementation, performance tracking, and continuous optimization.
- Partner closely with demand generation, product marketing, sales, operations, and customer success teams to align campaigns with business priorities.
- Analyze customer data, segmentation, and behavioral insights to identify opportunities for targeted engagement and lifecycle marketing.
- Leverage AI tools and automation to enhance segmentation, personalization, and campaign efficiency at scale.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling messaging that drives engagement and conversion.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and continuously optimize initiatives based on data-driven insights.
- Support customer advocacy and referral programs in collaboration with customer success teams.
This role requires a data-driven, customer-focused marketing professional with strong experience in SaaS growth and lifecycle marketing, combined with the ability to execute complex, cross-functional campaigns.
- 6–9 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on customer growth, lifecycle marketing, or demand generation in SaaS environments.
- Proven experience building and managing end-to-end marketing campaigns that drive measurable revenue impact.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data and translate insights into actionable campaign strategies.
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini or similar) to support segmentation, content generation, or workflow automation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling, customer-centric messaging.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, operations, and marketing teams.
- Self-starter mindset with strong ownership, adaptability, and a results-driven approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
