- Drive sales performance by consistently achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through high-volume inbound and outbound calls, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate health and benefits solutions tailored to individual circumstances.
- Manage the full sales cycle including follow-ups, contract processing, and required administrative documentation.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
- Participate in coaching sessions, training, and continuous learning initiatives to improve sales effectiveness and professional development.
- Maintain strong professional conduct by meeting commitments, ensuring accuracy, and contributing to organizational goals.
- 3 to 5 years of proven success in inside sales, consultative sales, or customer-facing sales roles.
- Strong ability to build rapport, communicate effectively, and influence decision-making through trusted relationships.
- Demonstrated experience working in high-volume call environments with strong performance accountability.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to team objectives.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in administrative and contractual processes.
