This senior leadership role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, sales alignment, and customer growth, driving enterprise-level marketing initiatives across global B2B markets. You will lead the design and execution of account-based marketing (ABM/ABX), email, and field marketing programs that directly influence pipeline creation and revenue expansion. Working closely with sales, customer success, and channel partners, you will shape integrated campaigns that strengthen relationships across key accounts and accelerate deal velocity. The role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a clear focus on measurable business impact. You will also build and mentor a high-performing marketing team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. In this role, you will define and execute enterprise marketing strategies that drive growth, retention, and pipeline acceleration across global B2B segments. You will own ABM/ABX programs, email marketing strategy, and field marketing execution while ensuring alignment with broader commercial objectives. Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and executing integrated B2B marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue goals
- Leading ABM/ABX initiatives to engage high-value accounts and expand buying committees
- Partnering closely with sales, customer success, and channel teams to align marketing with pipeline and retention goals
- Overseeing field marketing execution across regions and tailoring strategies to local markets
- Developing and optimizing email marketing programs to drive engagement and conversion
- Defining KPIs, tracking performance, and reporting on marketing impact and pipeline contribution
- Building, mentoring, and scaling a high-performing enterprise marketing team
You bring strong experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a proven track record of leading enterprise-level marketing strategies that drive measurable business growth. You are both strategic and execution-oriented, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and align marketing with revenue outcomes. Key qualifications include:
- 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, including leadership experience in SaaS environments
- Strong expertise in ABM/ABX strategy design and execution
- Proven ability to align marketing initiatives with sales and revenue objectives
- Experience leading cross-functional marketing programs across field, email, and enterprise campaigns
- Strong leadership and team development skills with a track record of building high-performing teams
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using marketing performance data to drive decisions
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, and 6sense is highly valued
- Experience working in fast-paced, global or matrixed organizations
