VP of Client Growth

This senior leadership role is focused on driving long-term client value, retention, and revenue expansion across a high-performing portfolio of enterprise relationships within a global digital agency environment. You will shape the strategy and operating model for post-sale client growth, transforming trusted relationships into sustained commercial performance through renewals, upsell, and multi-year partnerships. Acting as a key member of the go-to-market leadership team, you will influence how clients are managed, grown, and retained at scale. The role combines strategic account leadership, commercial discipline, and team development in a fast-paced, creative, and globally distributed organization. You will lead senior client growth professionals while partnering closely with delivery, sales, and practice leaders. Your impact will be measured by portfolio growth, improved retention, and stronger client partnerships.

Accountabilities:
  • You will define and lead the client growth strategy, establishing scalable account management practices that strengthen retention, expansion, and long-term client engagement across a diverse portfolio of enterprise accounts.
  • You will build and scale a high-performing Client Growth organization, developing leadership talent, setting operating rhythms, and ensuring clear accountability for revenue and relationship outcomes.
  • You will oversee commercial performance across accounts, including forecasting, pricing strategy, contract alignment, margin optimization, and renewal planning to drive sustainable Net Revenue Retention.
  • You will partner closely with cross-functional teams including sales, delivery, and practice leadership to ensure account strategies are aligned with client outcomes and operational feasibility.
  • You will strengthen executive-level client relationships by guiding teams in proactive business reviews, strategic conversations, and expansion opportunities that deepen trust and partnership.
  • You will improve portfolio visibility through data-driven reporting, health metrics, and pipeline tracking to support accurate decision-making and proactive risk management.
Requirements:
  • You bring extensive experience in client growth, account management, or client services leadership, ideally within a digital agency, consulting, or professional services environment.
  • You have a proven track record of scaling client-facing teams and driving revenue growth through retention, expansion, and strategic account development.
  • You possess strong commercial acumen, with hands-on experience in pricing strategy, contract negotiation, forecasting, and margin management across complex client portfolios.
  • You are an experienced people leader who has built and developed high-performing teams, with the ability to coach senior talent and drive accountability at scale.
  • You excel at executive communication and relationship management, with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex enterprise environments.
  • You thrive in fast-moving, cross-functional settings where operational discipline, collaboration, and strategic thinking are essential to success.
