This role sits at the forefront of enterprise digital transformation, driving strategic relationships with some of the largest organizations in North America. You will lead complex, high-value sales cycles focused on AI-powered customer engagement solutions, helping global brands redefine how they interact with their customers. Acting as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, you will translate business challenges into scalable conversational AI solutions that deliver measurable ROI. The position requires strong commercial leadership, deep SaaS expertise, and the ability to orchestrate multi-stakeholder deals in fast-paced enterprise environments. You will operate within a highly collaborative global sales organization, partnering closely with technical, product, and customer success teams. This is a high-impact, revenue-critical role designed for a senior sales professional who thrives on complexity, autonomy, and strategic growth.
- Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles for complex, multi-million-dollar SaaS deals across strategic North American accounts
- Develop and execute territory and go-to-market strategies to identify, qualify, and grow high-value pipeline opportunities
- Engage and influence C-level stakeholders across sales, IT, marketing, and contact center functions to position AI-driven solutions
- Build compelling business cases using ROI analysis, value-based selling, and structured frameworks such as MEDDPICC
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including solution consultants, legal, marketing, product, and customer success to ensure deal execution and client success
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline discipline, and CRM hygiene while ensuring consistent quota attainment
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales with a proven track record of closing large, complex deals
- Strong background in value-based and strategic sales methodologies, including multi-stakeholder deal management
- Experience in SaaS, digital transformation, BPO, e-commerce, or related technology-driven industries
- Deep understanding of AI, automation, and customer engagement technologies
- Proven ability to manage long sales cycles with strong pipeline discipline and forecasting accuracy
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-level stakeholder management skills
- Growth mindset, entrepreneurial drive, and strong customer-centric approach
- English proficiency required for regional and global collaboration
