In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and strengthening commercial partnerships across a defined territory of retail travel agencies and key accounts. You will act as a strategic brand ambassador, promoting cruise products and experiences while developing tailored sales and marketing initiatives to expand market share. The position requires a strong mix of relationship management, consultative selling, and data-driven decision-making to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance. You will regularly deliver presentations, business reviews, and promotional programs to both small and large audiences, influencing travel advisors and decision-makers. Working closely with internal leadership teams, you will translate market insights into actionable strategies that drive bookings and revenue. This is a high-impact, field-based sales role focused on long-term partner development and sustained commercial success.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, advisors, and key account decision-makers across the assigned territory.
  • Drive revenue growth by achieving or exceeding quarterly and annual targets for sailed revenue and booked guests.
  • Design and execute territory account plans, including localized marketing and promotional strategies to increase brand performance.
  • Deliver engaging sales presentations and business reviews to support product awareness and sales conversion.
  • Analyze sales performance, customer data, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal sales leadership and cross-functional teams to align territory strategy with broader business objectives.
  • Manage CRM documentation, sales reporting, and administrative tracking using tools such as HubSpot.
  • Oversee COOP and travel & entertainment budgets in compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in sales, travel, tourism, or cruise-related industries.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven outside sales experience, ideally within the travel, tourism, or hospitality sector.
  • Strong ability to build and manage long-term client relationships in a territory-based sales environment.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills with confidence in delivering to large audiences.
  • Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to interpret sales metrics and performance data.
  • Highly organized with strong territory management and strategic planning abilities.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in a field-based role.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the assigned region.
  • French language skills are considered an asset.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation aligned with experience and sales performance.
  • Opportunity to represent a globally recognized travel and cruise brand.
  • Field-based role with autonomy over territory planning and execution.
  • Exposure to international travel industry markets and premium product offerings.
  • Strong career development potential within a global commercial organization.
  • Collaborative environment working closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Travel-related perks and business expense support (COOP and T&E budgets).
