This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Corporate Sales Manager, Mid-Market in Canada.

This is a high-impact, client-facing sales role focused on driving new business acquisition across mid-market organizations within the corporate travel and technology space. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior decision-makers, including CFOs and procurement leaders, helping them optimize and modernize their travel programs. Operating in a highly consultative environment, you will build tailored value propositions that align business needs with enterprise travel solutions. The role requires strong commercial acumen, disciplined pipeline execution, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to design, position, and close strategic deals. This is a dynamic opportunity for a results-driven sales professional who thrives on ownership, autonomy, and measurable impact in a fast-moving, competitive market.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will be responsible for driving full-cycle mid-market sales growth, from prospecting to closing and onboarding new clients. You will build and manage a robust pipeline, engage senior stakeholders, and position tailored solutions that demonstrate clear business value. Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving new client acquisition through proactive prospecting, outreach, and relationship building across assigned territory
  • Leading consultative sales conversations with C-level executives, uncovering business needs and translating them into tailored solutions
  • Developing compelling proposals, presentations, and ROI-driven business cases to support solution adoption
  • Managing and advancing a disciplined sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to align solution design, pricing, and implementation planning
  • Negotiating and closing contracts while overcoming objections and securing long-term client commitment
  • Tracking performance against sales targets and contributing to overall revenue growth objectives
Requirements

You bring a strong background in consultative sales within SaaS, travel, or complex B2B environments, with a proven track record of exceeding targets. You are confident engaging senior decision-makers and skilled at translating business challenges into commercial solutions. Key qualifications include:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, consistently exceeding revenue and pipeline targets
  • Strong background in SaaS and/or corporate travel or enterprise solution sales
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles end-to-end
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and managing structured pipelines
  • Strong financial acumen, including ability to articulate ROI and business impact
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence skills
  • Highly resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable in a high-performance sales environment
  • French language proficiency is highly preferred
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory
Benefits
  • Competitive base salary within a Canadian range of approximately $71,862–$121,862, plus sales incentive plan
  • Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and wellbeing support
  • Retirement and savings programs with employer support
  • Paid parental leave and family support programs
  • Flexible work arrangements and inclusive, collaborative culture
  • Access to extensive learning platforms and professional development resources
  • Travel perks and discounted travel services for employees
  • Employee inclusion networks and global community initiatives
  • Strong internal mobility and career growth opportunities
