You will work closely with a select portfolio of accounts, building and executing integrated demand generation strategies across paid media, SEO, and CRO. - Manage and optimize digital marketing performance for a portfolio of startup and SMB clients across multiple channels, including Paid Media, SEO, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders by delivering strategic recommendations, communicating campaign progress, and ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and execute data-driven demand generation strategies designed to achieve pipeline growth, SQL targets, and revenue objectives.
- Coordinate and manage projects efficiently, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with performance goals.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and market trends to identify optimization opportunities and improve ROI across accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams and leverage AI tools and automation technologies to enhance marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- Stay informed about evolving B2B marketing trends, SaaS growth strategies, and emerging digital technologies to continuously improve campaign performance.
- 2+ years of experience in agency-side marketing and performance marketing, preferably within B2B SaaS environments.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing strategy, including hands-on experience with Paid Media, SEO, and CRO initiatives.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts while maintaining excellent communication, organization, and project management standards.
- Deep understanding of startup and SMB growth dynamics, customer acquisition strategies, and performance-driven marketing approaches.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with confidence in managing client-facing interactions and strategic discussions.
- Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and a proactive mindset toward learning emerging technologies and automation practices.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment while collaborating effectively across distributed teams.
