This role sits at the core of a high-impact consumer product growth organization, responsible for scaling user acquisition, activation, and early retention across a globally recognized knowledge and AI-driven platform. You will lead growth strategy across web and mobile surfaces, with a strong emphasis on top-of-funnel expansion and SEO-driven organic growth. The position requires a blend of strategic thinking, experimentation rigor, and hands-on execution in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You will work closely with engineering, design, data science, and product operations to design and scale growth systems that compound user value over time. This is a highly cross-functional leadership role with visibility at the executive level and direct influence on company-wide product direction. It is ideal for a product leader passionate about scaling consumer products through structured experimentation and insight-driven decision-making.

Accountabilities:
  • Own the end-to-end user growth strategy across acquisition, activation, and early retention on web and mobile platforms.
  • Lead SEO-driven growth initiatives, improving discoverability, indexing, and organic traffic as a primary acquisition channel.
  • Define growth objectives, success metrics, and guardrails to guide prioritization and measure product impact.
  • Design and execute high-velocity experimentation programs across the funnel, using data-driven insights to refine strategy.
  • Identify and develop new growth levers, including referrals, lifecycle engagement, and platform-specific expansion opportunities.
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, data science, and product operations to build and scale growth features and systems.
  • Navigate ambiguity and cross-functional complexity while driving alignment and execution across multiple stakeholders.
  • Translate qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable product decisions and roadmap priorities.
  • Influence broader product and company strategy through growth insights and performance analysis.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of product management experience, including ownership of consumer-facing product growth initiatives.
  • Proven track record of improving acquisition, activation, or retention metrics through data-driven product strategies.
  • Strong experience with experimentation frameworks and A/B testing methodologies in a consumer product environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage both qualitative and quantitative data to inform product decisions.
  • Strong understanding of SEO and organic growth strategies, particularly for content-driven or UGC platforms.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and data science.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
  • Strong ability to manage ambiguity and operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Preferred background in UGC platforms, marketplaces, or content-heavy consumer products.
  • Degree in a technical or analytical field (Statistics or related) or equivalent practical experience is a plus.

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation including a base salary range of 196,080 to 298,300 USD (US candidates), plus equity and benefits.
  • Remote-first work environment with flexibility across the United States and Canada (eligibility-based).
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • Equity refreshers and long-term incentive opportunities.
  • Paid time off, employee assistance programs, and wellness support.
  • Remote work reimbursements and home office support (where applicable).
  • Opportunity to shape growth strategy for a global-scale consumer platform.
  • Exposure to cutting-edge AI and knowledge-sharing products with massive user reach.
