Accountabilities

In this role, you will drive commercial sales growth by developing relationships with new and existing clients, managing complex sales cycles, and delivering tailored collaboration solutions aligned with customer needs and business goals.

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and pipeline management.
  • Manage and grow existing commercial accounts by identifying expansion and upsell opportunities.
  • Conduct needs assessments and collaborate with technical teams to propose relevant solutions.
  • Deliver engaging client presentations, product demonstrations, and business proposals.
  • Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
  • Coordinate quarterly business reviews and support long-term account planning.
  • Manage complex sales campaigns and navigate multi-stakeholder decision-making processes.
  • Work closely with leadership to forecast pipeline performance, identify trends, and recommend strategic actions.
  • Maintain accurate reporting and account activity within CRM and sales management tools.
Requirements

This role requires strong consultative sales expertise, relationship-building capabilities, and the ability to manage complex commercial opportunities in a fast-moving technology environment.

  • Experience in a quota-carrying sales role with a strong track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
  • Proven success prospecting new business opportunities and managing growth within existing accounts.
  • Experience handling complex sales cycles, enterprise-level conversations, and multi-stakeholder engagements.
  • Strong pipeline development, forecasting, and account management skills.
  • Ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations and tailor messaging to customer business needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities in dynamic sales environments.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively across sales, technical, and leadership teams.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required.
