This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager in Canada.
This is a high-impact, hands-on growth leadership role where strategy meets execution in a fast-paced B2B cybersecurity SaaS environment. You will design and scale a full-funnel demand generation engine targeting highly technical audiences in security, intelligence, and threat analysis domains. Acting as a “player-coach,” you will both architect growth strategies and directly execute campaigns, analyze performance, and optimize across channels. The role spans the entire customer lifecycle, from acquisition and activation to retention and expansion. You will leverage data, experimentation, and AI-driven marketing techniques to improve targeting, messaging, and conversion performance. Working closely with product, sales, and customer success teams, you will shape cohesive go-to-market initiatives that drive measurable business growth. This is an opportunity to make a direct impact on revenue and customer value in a mission-driven, innovation-focused environment.
In this role, you will lead the design and execution of a scalable full-funnel growth strategy while actively contributing to campaign development and optimization. You will own performance across the entire customer lifecycle, ensuring strong alignment between acquisition, engagement, retention, and expansion initiatives.
- Build and execute a data-driven demand generation engine to drive sustainable pipeline growth.
- Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle strategy, including acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion.
- Design persona-based and use-case-driven campaigns tailored to technical cybersecurity audiences.
- Develop and optimize marketing programs for existing customers to increase adoption, upsell, and advocacy.
- Leverage AI tools to improve segmentation, targeting, content creation, testing, and performance analysis.
- Build and manage scalable email marketing and nurture programs across prospects and customers.
- Analyze campaign and cohort performance to identify insights and continuously improve funnel efficiency.
- Partner closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure alignment across all growth initiatives.
This role requires a highly analytical, performance-driven marketer with strong technical fluency in modern B2B growth practices and the ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-moving environment.
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing, ideally in cybersecurity or B2B SaaS.
- Proven ability to build and scale full-funnel marketing programs that drive pipeline, retention, and revenue growth.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance segmentation, targeting, campaign creation, and optimization workflows.
- Strong understanding of technical buyer personas, including SOC, CTI, and OSINT professionals.
- Deep expertise in B2B marketing tools such as GA4, Salesforce, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Semrush, Reddit Ads, and marketing automation platforms like Marketo.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in attribution modeling, cohort analysis, and performance reporting.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a “player-coach” capacity.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Competitive salary range: $155,000 – $165,000 CAD, plus bonus and equity opportunities.
- Flexible time off policy supporting work-life balance.
- Comprehensive benefits package supporting physical and mental well-being.
- Equity participation and performance-based bonus structure.
- Opportunity to work in a high-growth cybersecurity SaaS environment.
- Strong culture of innovation, ownership, transparency, and collaboration.
- Access to modern marketing tools and AI-driven growth experimentation.
- Inclusive workplace with equal opportunity employment practices.
