This role focuses on driving strategic growth within key public sector accounts, specifically government ministries, by positioning enterprise cloud and CRM solutions that support mission-critical services. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, building long-term relationships and deeply understanding their operational, regulatory, and citizen-service priorities. The position combines high-level strategic account planning with hands-on execution across complex sales cycles. You will collaborate closely with internal specialists, partners, and cross-functional teams to design tailored solutions that deliver measurable outcomes. This is a high-impact sales role where your ability to navigate large public organizations directly influences digital transformation initiatives. Working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, you will play a key role in expanding enterprise adoption and driving long-term value creation.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead growth strategy and execution across assigned government accounts, focusing on British Columbia and Alberta ministries.
  • Develop and implement territory and account plans designed to expand enterprise adoption and long-term revenue growth.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through collaboration with internal teams and strategic engagement activities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to government stakeholders, understanding their mandates and aligning solutions to citizen, employee, and operational outcomes.
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Collaborate with technical specialists, partners, and internal teams to design and deliver complex solutions.
  • Engage proactively with the partner ecosystem to co-create and bring solutions to market.
  • Maintain ongoing education on product capabilities, industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape.
  • Address and resolve client challenges efficiently while ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on pipeline health, sales activity, and territory performance.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of full-cycle enterprise software or technology sales experience.
  • Proven experience in account management and complex sales cycles, ideally within the Canadian public sector.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets in enterprise environments.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and public sector decision-makers.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop and execute territory growth plans.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams, partners, and technical specialists.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a high-performance sales culture.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required for client engagement.
  • Degree or equivalent relevant professional experience, including leadership, military, or volunteer roles.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary ranging from CAD 157,050 to CAD 210,100 (for British Columbia-based roles).
  • Comprehensive benefits and wellness programs supporting physical, emotional, and financial well-being.
  • Performance-driven compensation structure aligned with sales achievement.
  • Flexible work environment with opportunities for remote and field-based engagement.
  • Access to cutting-edge enterprise AI and CRM solutions.
  • Strong professional development resources and career growth opportunities.
  • Inclusive, equal opportunity workplace culture focused on merit and impact.
  • Opportunity to work with leading public sector organizations on transformative initiatives.
