In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle, from identifying prospects to closing complex deals with mid-market financial firms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored demonstrations and strategic proposals that address client needs and business goals. - Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, outreach, product demonstrations, negotiations, and deal closure with mid-market clients in the wealth management sector.
- Identify and engage decision-makers through a combination of traditional outreach methods, social selling, networking, and relationship-building strategies.
- Deliver customized product presentations and collaborate with technical stakeholders to develop proposals aligned with client requirements.
- Maintain a healthy and accurate sales pipeline, ensuring CRM data integrity and reliable forecasting.
- Partner closely with internal teams including Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Lead Generation to support customer acquisition and long-term success.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets while contributing to market expansion and brand visibility through industry events and networking opportunities.
- 2–5+ years of successful SaaS sales experience in a closing role, with a strong track record of exceeding quotas and generating new business.
- Experience selling to mid-market organizations, ideally within wealth management, fintech, or financial services environments.
- Strong understanding of finance and investment industry workflows, challenges, and buyer personas.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and close multiple deals per quarter.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a consultative and customer-focused approach.
- Comfortable selling technical products and collaborating with technical teams on solution positioning and implementation discussions.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with strong organizational and pipeline management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or a related field preferred.
- Existing network within wealth management or financial services is considered a strong asset.
