You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing customer relationships, and introducing new products and services that enhance client value. Operating in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, you will manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and pipeline development to closing deals and supporting post-sale growth. The position requires close collaboration with internal account management teams to ensure consistent customer success and identify upselling opportunities. You will also play a key role in executing strategic business plans that support long-term revenue growth and market expansion. - Identify customer needs and develop targeted sales strategies through phone, email, and direct outreach to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain a strong daily pipeline through proactive lead generation and prospecting activities.
- Identify and execute cross-selling and upselling opportunities by leveraging in-depth knowledge of products, services, and solutions.
- Collaborate with account management teams post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize long-term value and expansion opportunities.
- Manage complex sales transactions with accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
- Handle and resolve advanced customer issues and transactional challenges, ensuring smooth operations and customer continuity.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans with clear actions to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives.
- Support high-value or strategic accounts and contribute to coaching or mentoring of other sales team members when required.
- Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or related sales roles; exposure to software or technology solutions is an asset.
- Proven success in outbound sales, including cold calling, prospecting, and closing deals in a B2B or service-based environment.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to quickly engage and influence customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal.
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in business, healthcare, or a related field.
- Strong ability to conduct needs analysis and translate customer requirements into tailored solutions.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
- Experience using CRM systems with strong attention to data accuracy and pipeline management.

- Total on-target earnings ranging approximately from $151,000 to $162,000 annually (plus benefits).
