This role is a high-impact marketing position focused on driving measurable pipeline growth within a fast-moving fintech environment. You will design and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies that directly influence revenue outcomes across multiple sales verticals. Acting as both strategist and operator, you will translate business goals into scalable campaigns that engage prospects throughout the buyer journey. The role requires close collaboration with Sales, Revenue Operations, and BDR teams to align targeting, messaging, and execution. You will own campaign performance end-to-end, from planning through optimization, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making. This is a remote-first position offering the opportunity to shape growth strategy in a highly experimental and innovative marketing culture.
- Own and execute quarterly demand generation strategies aligned with sales objectives and pipeline growth targets.
- Design and launch multi-channel campaigns including email, digital, ABM-lite, events, webinars, and partnerships.
- Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations to define and prioritize target accounts and growth opportunities.
- Build, manage, and optimize nurturing programs across the buyer journey to improve conversion rates and pipeline velocity.
- Track, analyze, and report on funnel performance (traffic, leads, MQLs, pipeline, revenue impact).
- Use marketing automation platforms to execute campaigns, manage workflows, and evaluate performance.
- Continuously optimize landing pages, messaging, and conversion paths to improve engagement and results.
- Identify new growth opportunities and experiment with innovative demand generation approaches.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment across product, sales, and marketing initiatives.
- Leverage AI tools as a core part of campaign development, execution, and optimization workflows.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation or B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or technology environments.
- Strong experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, and Salesforce.
- Proven track record of building and executing demand generation strategies that drive inbound pipeline growth.
- Experience with multi-channel campaigns, including email marketing, ABM, events, and digital programs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure ROI and optimize funnel performance.
- Ability to design and execute lead nurturing and lifecycle marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong storytelling and messaging capabilities.
- Highly proactive mindset with a bias toward action, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
- Strong curiosity and willingness to iterate based on data and feedback.
- Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate marketing execution and decision-making.
