This role sits at the intersection of strategic sales, client partnership, and enterprise account growth within a global, high-impact environment. You will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of key enterprise clients, acting as a trusted advisor at the executive level. The focus is on driving long-term value through retention, upselling, and the expansion of integrated solutions across complex benefits ecosystems. You will work closely with cross-functional internal teams and solution experts to align client needs with tailored offerings that enhance engagement and business outcomes. Operating in a highly consultative and relationship-driven capacity, you will shape commercial strategy, influence decision-makers, and ensure sustained client success. This is a high-visibility role where strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and relationship-building directly impact revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, focusing on retention, renewal, and long-term revenue expansion.
- Build and maintain C-suite and senior stakeholder relationships to position the organization as a trusted strategic partner.
- Develop and execute account strategies that identify growth opportunities, upsell potential, and bundled solution adoption.
- Lead contract renewals and expansion initiatives while ensuring alignment with client business objectives and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal experts (solutions architects, finance, operations, and delivery teams) to design tailored client solutions.
- Analyze client needs, market dynamics, and competitive positioning to shape commercial narratives and value propositions.
- Provide accurate forecasting, performance insights, and strategic reporting to support business planning and decision-making.
- Continuously monitor client satisfaction and proactively address risks to retention and growth.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in strategic sales, account management, or senior client-facing roles, ideally within benefits, HR tech, fintech, or enterprise SaaS environments.
- Strong experience managing complex enterprise accounts with a focus on retention, upselling, and long-term growth.
- Proven ability to engage and influence C-suite executives and senior decision-makers.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate client needs into scalable solutions.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive strategy, storytelling, and revenue decisions.
- Deep understanding of commercial strategy, forecasting, and account planning in matrix organizations.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including product, operations, and technical experts.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment with frequent client interaction and travel.
