This role is focused on driving new business growth within complex, enterprise-level environments, where you will act as a trusted advisor to clients navigating legal, regulatory, and business information challenges. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while building strong relationships with law firms and corporate organizations. The position requires a consultative approach, combining deep product understanding with the ability to translate client needs into tailored solutions. You will operate in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment, working closely with marketing and internal teams to shape go-to-market success. Success in this role is measured by your ability to consistently exceed revenue targets while managing multiple complex opportunities simultaneously. It is a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment with strong emphasis on expertise, communication, and strategic thinking.
Accountabilities:- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, pipeline development, solution presentation, negotiation, and deal closure across enterprise and law firm accounts.
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities while maintaining a strong, healthy sales pipeline in collaboration with internal account teams.
- Identify client business challenges and position tailored solutions that align with their operational and strategic needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, articulating product value propositions with a strong understanding of legal and IP-related solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and internal teams to support campaigns, improve messaging, and drive new business acquisition.
- Manage multiple complex sales processes simultaneously while ensuring consistent pipeline visibility and forecasting accuracy.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Strong experience in B2B sales, either inside sales or field sales, ideally within complex enterprise environments.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding new business sales targets.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to identify, understand, and translate customer needs into effective solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex sales cycles effectively.
- Highly results-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across teams.
