This role is designed for a high-performing full-cycle sales professional who thrives in building pipeline from scratch and closing new business in a fast-moving SaaS environment. You will own the entire revenue generation process, from outbound prospecting and lead generation to product demonstrations and contract closure. Working in a fully remote and highly autonomous setup, you will engage with research-driven, analytical buyers across diverse industries. The position requires both execution excellence and strategic thinking, as you will also contribute to refining messaging, sales processes, and go-to-market approach. You will play a key role in expanding into new markets and shaping how sales success is built from the ground up. This is a high-impact role where your performance directly drives company growth.
You will be responsible for driving new business acquisition through proactive prospecting, relationship building, and full-cycle sales ownership. You will manage the pipeline from initial outreach through to closing, ensuring consistent revenue generation.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead generation
- Identify target accounts, decision-makers, and develop tailored outreach strategies across multiple channels
- Execute email, LinkedIn, and other outbound campaigns to generate qualified leads
- Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs, use cases, budgets, and buying processes
- Deliver compelling product demos aligned with prospect research, planning, and data needs
- Own the full sales cycle from initial contact through negotiation and contract closure
- Collaborate on refining messaging, positioning, and sales materials for new markets
- Maintain accurate CRM tracking of all activities, pipeline progress, and follow-ups
- Support the development of scalable sales processes for new verticals and market expansion
You bring strong B2B SaaS sales experience and a proven ability to generate and close new business independently. You are comfortable in fast-paced, self-directed environments where initiative and discipline are essential.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with a strong focus on new business acquisition
- Proven success in outbound prospecting, lead generation, discovery, demos, and closing deals
- Experience running LinkedIn campaigns, email outreach, and structured outbound sales programs
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to translate complex customer needs into clear product value propositions
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Highly organized with strong pipeline management and follow-through discipline
- Comfortable working independently in a lean, remote-first organization
- Bonus: experience selling analytics, data platforms, or annual software licenses
- Bonus: exposure to research-heavy sectors such as healthcare, public sector, or nonprofits
- Competitive base salary between CA$110,000–CA$130,000 depending on experience
- On-target earnings of approximately CA$180,000–CA$210,000
