- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across Paid Media, SEO, and CRO, aligning campaigns with client business objectives and ICP targeting.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships with confidence, clarity, and a strong service-oriented mindset.
- Translate client needs into actionable marketing strategies, presenting recommendations, reporting results, and continuously optimizing performance.
- Oversee project management across accounts, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are consistently met.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to align execution with broader performance marketing frameworks and methodologies.
- 2+ years of experience in agency-side marketing and performance marketing roles, ideally within the B2B SaaS space.
- Strong expertise across Paid Media, SEO, and CRO, with the ability to operate as a T-shaped marketer across multiple channels.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and communicate strategy effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical thinking and a results-driven mindset focused on measurable business impact.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, remote environments with multiple concurrent client accounts.
- Interest in staying ahead of industry trends, including AI and marketing automation tools.
- Competitive compensation aligned with experience and performance.
- Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
- Fully remote-first work environment with flexibility to work from anywhere in Canada.
- Unlimited PTO with minimum required vacation time, plus paid holidays and additional personal days (including birthday off).
- Mental health support and wellness benefits, including therapy access and mindfulness resources.
- Retirement savings plan with employer contribution.
- Performance-based annual bonus structure and long-term incentive opportunities.
- Additional perks including wellness programs, annual team events, and exclusive company retreats.
