This role offers a unique opportunity to drive creator partnerships that directly impact subscriber growth and brand engagement. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of sponsorships, from identifying and negotiating deals with top-tier creators to delivering campaigns and analyzing performance metrics. Working across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, podcasts, and newsletters, you will build authentic partnerships that resonate with audiences and drive measurable outcomes. This role emphasizes creativity, strategic thinking, and execution, allowing you to influence both short-term campaign success and long-term growth strategies. You will collaborate closely with internal analytics, content, and marketing teams to ensure campaigns are optimized for performance and alignment with overall goals.
- Build and manage strong relationships with creators, agencies, and their representatives across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with brand and campaign objectives.
- Lead deal negotiations, balancing performance targets with creator expectations while driving deals to close efficiently.
- Evaluate creators’ audience quality, engagement authenticity, and fit with the company’s mission to ensure high-impact partnerships.
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of sponsorship campaigns, including briefs, timelines, approvals, and follow-through.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are on-brand, effectively measured, and optimized for conversions.
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, installs, subscriptions, and ROI, providing actionable recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to expand successful partnerships into long-term or multi-platform collaborations.
- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or digital marketing, with hands-on experience managing campaigns end-to-end.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, able to structure deals that satisfy both parties.
- Deep familiarity with creator platforms including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, podcasts, or newsletters, from both a creator and audience perspective.
- Data-driven mindset, able to leverage metrics such as ROAS, CPM, and conversion rates to optimize campaign performance.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple creator relationships and campaigns simultaneously.
- Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and adapting to dynamic environments.
- Bonus points for experience in performance marketing, subscription products, media literacy, or direct-to-consumer brands.
- Competitive salary range of CAD $70,000–$95,000, plus bonus and incentive opportunities.
