This role sits within a high-impact lifecycle services organization focused on driving growth, partner success, and long-term customer value across a diverse Canadian territory. You will operate at the intersection of sales strategy, channel partner development, and services execution, ensuring distributors are equipped to deliver strong commercial outcomes. The position blends strategic planning with hands-on execution, requiring close collaboration with internal teams and external partners. You will play a key role in shaping annual business plans, strengthening go-to-market performance, and improving sales capability across the network. Working in a remote-first environment, you will influence outcomes across multiple regions while supporting a broad portfolio of industrial solutions and services. This is a highly visible role with direct impact on revenue growth, partner performance, and customer success.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving lifecycle services performance across assigned territories while strengthening distributor relationships and execution capabilities.
- Lead annual business planning with distributors and ensure alignment with revenue and growth targets.
- Monitor business performance, forecasting, and reporting across services and solutions portfolios.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with lifecycle services priorities and market access models.
- Strengthen distributor selling capabilities by identifying gaps in portfolio knowledge and implementing improvement plans.
- Support the launch of new offerings and ensure effective adoption across sales teams and channel partners.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer outcomes, extend product lifecycle value, and optimize revenue streams.
- Represent the organization in industry events, trade shows, and partner engagement activities.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in services sales, channel management, and strategic business planning within industrial or technical environments.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field; engineering background is an asset.
- 5+ years of experience in services sales, lifecycle services, or channel/distributor management.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage complex partner ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of outcome-based selling and industrial go-to-market strategies.
- Experience working in matrixed organizations with cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency in project management tools and structured execution methodologies.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder influence skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% across Canada (BC, Alberta, Ontario regions).
- Competitive total compensation package: CAD $139,600 – $209,400 (80% base / 20% variable).
