Job Description
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Head of Product Growth in Canada.
This is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of product, data, and go-to-market strategy, focused on driving scalable growth through product-led and hybrid motions. You will define how users activate, adopt, and expand usage across a multi-product SaaS platform while identifying the signals that translate product behavior into revenue opportunities. Working closely with executive leadership, you will shape growth strategy, lead experimentation, and influence both product direction and commercial outcomes. The environment is fast-moving, data-driven, and highly collaborative, requiring strong cross-functional leadership across product, engineering, design, and data science. You will also play a key role in scaling AI-driven product experiences, including emerging voice and automation capabilities. This is a strategic role for a leader who thrives in ambiguity and wants to directly shape growth systems inside a high-growth SaaS organization.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end product growth strategy, driving activation, retention, expansion, and monetization across both self-serve and sales-assisted motions. You will design scalable systems that connect product usage to revenue outcomes while leading a cross-functional growth team.
- Define and execute the product-led and hybrid growth strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion
- Build and optimize in-product journeys that accelerate time-to-value and improve long-term customer engagement
- Identify behavioral and product signals that trigger sales opportunities and design workflows that convert them into pipeline
- Own self-serve revenue growth, including upgrade paths, transactional flows, and subscription expansion strategies
- Lead the strategy and roadmap for AI-powered product experiences, including voice-based solutions and automation features
- Manage and mentor a cross-functional Growth team across Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Product Management
- Drive experimentation frameworks, A/B testing culture, and data-driven decision-making across growth initiatives
This role requires deep expertise in product growth within B2B SaaS, with strong analytical capability and experience operating across both product-led and sales-led environments. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and are fluent in growth metrics and experimentation.
- 8–12+ years of experience in product growth, product management, or growth leadership roles in B2B SaaS (vertical SaaS experience is a strong asset)
- Proven experience building and scaling hybrid product-led and sales-led growth motions
- Strong expertise in activation, retention, expansion, and monetization strategies
- Hands-on experience running experiments end-to-end, including design, execution, and performance analysis
- Strong analytical skills with fluency in growth metrics (e.g., activation rate, NRR, expansion revenue, adoption)
- Experience working with data and product tools such as Amplitude, HubSpot, and data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake)
- Exposure to AI-powered product development or AI-driven user experiences is a strong differentiator
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional and executive stakeholders
- Remote-first work environment (Canada & US eligibility)
- Competitive compensation package with equity opportunities
- Flexible paid time off, including company-wide shutdown periods
- Strong health, dental, and vision coverage (with high employer contribution depending on region)
- Retirement savings plan with employer matching (RRSP/401k)
- Home office setup stipend and remote work support allowances
- Learning and development budget to support career growth
- Regular company retreats, team events, and recognition programs
- Parental leave and wellness-focused benefits
- Inclusive, collaborative, and high-growth startup culture
