Accountabilities

In this role, you will own the end-to-end business development lifecycle, focusing on large-scale financial institutions and strategic partnerships.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with growth objectives in the financial services sector.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across banks, fintechs, and related financial institutions.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Lead the full sales cycle including prospecting, solution development, proposal creation, and contract negotiation.
  • Drive strategic client conversations and translate complex business needs into tailored consulting solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal consulting, product, and marketing teams to design and deliver high-impact client engagements.
  • Influence go-to-market strategy and service offerings based on market trends and client feedback.
  • Establish and grow strategic partnerships and alliances to expand market reach.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
  • Manage pipeline activity, forecasting, and performance tracking to ensure consistent revenue delivery.
Requirements

This role requires a highly experienced business development professional with strong financial services expertise and a proven track record in complex, consultative sales.

  • Extensive experience in business development, enterprise sales, or strategic partnerships within financial services or consulting.
  • Proven ability to sell into large financial institutions, ideally banks with $5B+ AUM (preferably $10B+).
  • Strong track record of managing full-cycle, high-value, consultative sales processes.
  • Deep understanding of banking, fintech, or financial services ecosystems and decision-making structures.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with senior executives and C-level stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to position complex solutions and translate business challenges into value-driven outcomes.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with consulting, product, and marketing teams.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to influence market direction and identify growth opportunities.
  • Comfort operating in a performance-driven, quota-oriented environment.
Benefits
  • Competitive executive-level compensation aligned with performance and revenue impact
  • Performance-based incentives and commission structure
  • Opportunity to work with top-tier financial institutions and fintech organizations
  • Exposure to high-impact strategic consulting and transformation projects
  • Collaborative, cross-functional environment with strong industry expertise
  • Access to professional development and continuous learning opportunities
  • Opportunity to influence go-to-market strategy and service innovation
  • Strong industry visibility through events, conferences, and client engagements
  • Backing of a well-capitalized, growth-focused investment environment
