This role is a high-impact enterprise sales position focused on driving new business and expanding strategic relationships within the Health and Life Sciences sector. You will lead complex, end-to-end sales cycles for Salesforce-based solutions, helping large organizations transform their operations through AI, CRM, and digital innovation. Acting as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, you will build strong relationships, identify high-value opportunities, and close multi-million-dollar deals. The position requires strong collaboration across sales engineering, marketing, and leadership teams to deliver seamless client experiences. You will operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where pipeline creation, forecasting accuracy, and deal execution are critical to success. This is a strategic, quota-carrying role designed for a senior sales professional with deep enterprise SaaS and HLS expertise.
- Drive full-cycle enterprise sales processes, from prospecting and pipeline generation to negotiation, close, and account growth within the HLS sector
- Develop and execute territory strategies to identify and win new enterprise customers using Salesforce-based solutions
- Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with stakeholders across healthcare and life sciences organizations
- Collaborate closely with Salesforce AEs, sales engineers, marketing, and internal leadership to ensure alignment on opportunities and customer outcomes
- Act as a trusted “quarterback” across all deal stages, coordinating internal and external stakeholders to advance complex sales cycles
- Maintain accurate forecasting, CRM data, and pipeline management to support revenue predictability and growth targets
- Ensure exceptional customer experience by delivering timely, high-quality engagement throughout the sales cycle
- Stay current with Salesforce certifications and continuously deepen platform expertise
- 5–8 years of enterprise software sales experience with a proven record of closing complex deals
- 2–3+ years of experience selling into Health and Life Sciences organizations
- Strong background in Salesforce ecosystem sales and end-to-end implementation cycles
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales processes
- Experience working with channel partners and large enterprise SaaS environments
- Strong executive presence, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a strong performance mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Strong motivation to drive results, collaborate effectively, and continuously learn
- Competitive base salary ranging from approximately $87,400 to $276,500 USD (varies by location and experience)
