In this role, you will own the end-to-end product marketing strategy, ensuring clear positioning, effective go-to-market execution, and strong alignment across product, marketing, and sales teams.
- Define and refine product positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions
- Translate product features into clear, customer-centric narratives that drive understanding and adoption
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and feature launches
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure consistent execution across channels
- Create sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, battlecards, and messaging guides
- Support sales teams in communicating value propositions effectively and improving conversion
- Conduct customer, competitor, and market research to inform strategy and positioning
- Define target personas, ICPs, and key buying triggers based on data and insights
- Partner with product and customer success teams to improve activation, engagement, and retention
- Act as a cross-functional connector, ensuring alignment across product, sales, marketing, and customer success
This role requires strong experience in product marketing within B2B SaaS environments, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution while influencing cross-functional teams.
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing or similar roles within B2B SaaS
- Proven experience leading go-to-market strategies and product launches
- Strong ability to translate complex technical products into simple, compelling messaging
- Experience working closely with product, sales, and marketing teams in cross-functional environments
- Strong storytelling, communication, and presentation skills
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to use insights and analytics to guide decisions
- Ability to define personas, ICPs, and customer journey insights
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
- Strong ownership mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach
