Account Executive | Mid Market

In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle for mid-market accounts, helping professional services organizations improve efficiency and business performance through innovative technology solutions. Accountabilities:
  • Manage the complete sales cycle for mid-market accounts, including prospecting, discovery, product demonstrations, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound outreach, inbound lead follow-up, referrals, and relationship-building initiatives.
  • Conduct consultative conversations with prospects to understand business challenges and align solutions with operational and strategic goals.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and business case proposals to executive-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements that create long-term value for both clients and the business.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline tracking, and sales activity reporting using CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Requirements

The ideal candidate is a high-performing SaaS sales professional with strong consultative selling skills, experience managing complex mid-market sales cycles, and the ability to build trust with senior stakeholders. This role requires a strategic mindset, resilience, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

  • 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience, preferably in SaaS sales targeting mid-market or enterprise accounts.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Strong consultative and solution-oriented sales approach with excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM; familiarity with sales engagement tools such as Gong or Outreach is a plus.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures and buying processes.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools or technologies to improve workflows, productivity, or decision-making.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation capabilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in legal tech, fintech, or professional services industries is considered an advantage.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or Sandler is a plus.
