This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven sales professional to join a rapidly growing SaaS organization focused on workplace safety, sustainability, and operational excellence. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding enterprise business across North America while helping organizations create safer and healthier work environments. You’ll manage the full sales cycle, develop strategic client relationships, and contribute directly to ambitious regional growth objectives. The environment is collaborative, fast-paced, and mission-oriented, offering strong earning potential and career development opportunities. Ideal candidates are highly motivated, thrive in consultative sales environments, and enjoy building long-term partnerships with enterprise clients. This hybrid role combines remote flexibility with client-facing engagement and industry event participation.

Accountabilities:
  • Manage the full enterprise sales cycle, including prospecting, outreach, discovery, presentations, proposal development, negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned revenue goals and pipeline generation targets within the North American market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and C-suite decision-makers across enterprise organizations.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales funnel hygiene, and reliable forecasting for monthly and quarterly business performance.
  • Collaborate closely with business development, customer success, and solutions teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Generate new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and self-sourced lead generation initiatives.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, award ceremonies, and industry networking events across Canada and the United States.
  • Contribute to the expansion of strategic business lines and support the continued growth of the regional sales organization.
Requirements:
  • 5–10 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales or Account Executive roles with a strong history of quota attainment.
  • Proven expertise managing complex software sales cycles from initial outreach through contract negotiation and closing.
  • Strong prospecting and pipeline development skills with the ability to generate opportunities independently.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling abilities.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand client challenges and position value-driven solutions effectively.
  • Comfortable engaging with executive-level stakeholders and building trusted long-term partnerships.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth sales environments with evolving priorities and ambitious targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales forecasting best practices.
  • Willingness to travel across Canada and the United States as required for client meetings and events.
  • Experience within SaaS is essential; knowledge of EHS, workplace safety, or sustainability solutions is considered an asset.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package with base salary and uncapped commission opportunities.
  • Hybrid work model with flexibility and autonomy.
  • Generous paid time off policies.
  • Extended parental leave programs.
  • Comprehensive healthcare and wellness coverage.
  • Learning and development programs with accelerated career growth opportunities.
  • Team wellness initiatives and employee support programs.
  • Company events, recognition awards, and employee resource groups.
  • Inclusive and collaborative culture focused on innovation, impact, and professional growth.
