- Develop, maintain, and grow relationships with key industry stakeholders, including fabricators, installers, kitchen and bath retailers, interior designers, architects, builders, remodelers, and other influential partners within the assigned territory.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while actively expanding professional networks through industry associations, trade events, and local market engagement.
- Execute strategic territory sales plans, including quarterly and annual objectives, to drive revenue growth and strengthen market penetration.
- Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and consultations to promote products, communicate value propositions, and support purchasing decisions.
- Maintain accurate customer and project records using CRM and project management systems, ensuring timely updates and effective sales tracking.
- Collaborate with internal teams and regional sales colleagues to support active projects and maximize customer success.
- Manage product sample distribution, marketing materials, and showroom or library updates to ensure customers have access to current resources.
- Represent the brand professionally through customer meetings, networking events, social media engagement, and ongoing market presence.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive activity, regulatory requirements, and evolving customer needs to provide expert guidance and support.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, interior design, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong business relationships while consistently delivering customer-focused solutions.
- Strong sales acumen with demonstrated success in developing new business opportunities and managing client accounts.
- Experience within the architecture, interior design, construction, renovation, or related industries is considered an asset.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with effective follow-up and time-management practices.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote and field-based environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business and financial understanding.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace tools; experience with Salesforce and expense management platforms is advantageous.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory.
- Ability to occasionally work evenings, weekends, and overnight travel as business needs require.
- Ability to lift and transport materials and product samples weighing up to 50 lbs (23 kg).
- Competitive salary ranging from $78,000 to $104,000 CAD, based on experience, qualifications, and location.
