Job Description

Senior Product Manager, Growth

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Growth based in Canada.

This role sits at the heart of a fast-scaling product organization focused on transforming how professionals interact with complex, high-value workflows through AI-driven tools. You will own and evolve the full growth funnel, spanning acquisition, activation, monetization, and retention, with direct responsibility for the metrics that define business success. Working closely with engineering, design, data, marketing, and sales, you will identify opportunities for leverage across the user journey and turn insights into scalable product improvements. The environment is highly experimental, with a strong emphasis on rapid iteration, structured experimentation, and data-informed decision-making. You will operate in a small, high-ownership team where autonomy is high and impact is visible. This is a role for a product leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and analytics, and who is motivated by measurable growth at scale.

Accountabilities:
  • Define and lead the end-to-end growth product strategy, owning key metrics across acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, and expansion.
  • Design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate experiments to identify growth opportunities and continuously optimize the user funnel.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to build and improve growth-focused product experiences, including onboarding, pricing, upgrade paths, and referral systems.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and revenue operations to ensure alignment across the entire customer lifecycle, from first touch to long-term retention.
  • Leverage quantitative and qualitative insights to deeply understand user behavior and prioritize high-impact initiatives on the roadmap.
  • Own reporting on core growth KPIs, ensuring clear visibility of performance trends and experiment outcomes for leadership.
  • Build and maintain a structured experimentation pipeline that balances quick wins with long-term strategic growth bets.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years focused on growth, lifecycle, or monetization.
  • Proven track record of improving key product growth metrics through experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and statistical evaluation.
  • Hands-on experience designing and running A/B tests end-to-end, from hypothesis to rollout.
  • Deep understanding of product-led growth (PLG) strategies and self-serve user journeys.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams around growth priorities.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments with high ownership and accountability.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled products, B2B SaaS, or pricing/monetization models is a strong plus.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package with equity opportunities as part of total rewards.
  • Comprehensive health and wellness coverage, including mental health support allowances.
  • Flexible working arrangements with a strong focus on autonomy and outcomes.
  • Generous paid time off, including scheduled company-wide breaks and holiday closures.
  • Annual wellness budget and additional perks supporting work-life balance.
  • Parental leave top-ups and family-friendly policies.
  • Monthly meal support and other employee experience benefits.
  • Opportunity to work on a high-impact, fast-growing AI-powered product in a high-ownership environment.
