Job Description

Director, Enterprise Product Marketing

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Enterprise Product Marketing based in Canada.

This senior leadership role sits at the intersection of product strategy, enterprise storytelling, and go-to-market execution for a rapidly scaling B2B business. You will define how a complex suite of enterprise solutions is positioned and adopted across retailers and CPG partners navigating a fast-evolving digital commerce landscape. The role requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution, translating advanced product capabilities into compelling narratives that resonate with executive buyers. You will lead a product marketing team while shaping unified messaging, launch strategies, and multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable pipeline impact. Working closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success, you will help define the go-to-market foundation for enterprise expansion. This is a high-impact role for a builder and storyteller who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

Accountabilities:
  • Define and lead the enterprise product marketing strategy, ensuring clear positioning, messaging, and go-to-market alignment across product, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Develop unified messaging frameworks and narratives that translate complex enterprise solutions into compelling value propositions for executive and C-suite audiences.
  • Lead and scale a high-performing product marketing team, providing direction, mentorship, and prioritization across multiple initiatives and product lines.
  • Design and execute multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns across events, digital, content, PR, webinars, and partnerships to drive awareness and pipeline growth.
  • Partner with Sales and Business Development to develop enablement materials that improve win rates and accelerate deal velocity.
  • Build thought leadership strategies that establish market authority and differentiate the enterprise platform in a competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to ensure alignment between product capabilities and market needs.
  • Support global expansion efforts by developing regional GTM strategies for new and emerging markets.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of B2B product marketing experience in a SaaS or enterprise technology environment.
  • Proven experience owning product marketing across multiple products or complex platform offerings.
  • Demonstrated people management experience with a track record of building, developing, and scaling marketing teams.
  • Strong expertise in developing positioning, messaging frameworks, and enterprise-level go-to-market strategies.
  • Proven ability to design and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive both brand awareness and qualified pipeline.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for executive audiences.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across Product, Sales, and Executive leadership without direct authority.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • High proficiency in presentation tools (e.g., Google Slides) and comfort working with marketing performance data.
  • Experience marketing to enterprise retailers or grocery/CPG audiences is a strong advantage.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary ranging from $203,000 to $214,000 CAD (Canada-based compensation)
  • Annual equity grants and long-term incentive opportunities
  • Fully remote-first work flexibility within eligible Canadian provinces
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • Paid time off, holidays, and parental leave support
  • Strong focus on work-life balance and flexible working arrangements
  • Opportunity to shape enterprise go-to-market strategy at scale
  • High-impact leadership role with visibility across executive and commercial teams
  • Collaborative, fast-growing environment focused on innovation and execution
  • Career growth opportunities in a global, high-expansion business
