This role is a key leadership position responsible for defining and driving the measurement and optimization strategy across a global performance marketing ecosystem. You will shape how marketing effectiveness is understood across acquisition, retention, ecommerce, subscriptions, and lifecycle journeys. The role combines deep analytical expertise with strong commercial thinking to translate complex data into actionable business decisions. You will partner closely with media, CRM, product, and data teams to improve efficiency, customer lifetime value, and revenue growth. This is a highly cross-functional and strategic role with strong executive visibility and influence. It is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, marketing strategy, and business performance in a fast-moving digital environment.
- Lead the end-to-end marketing measurement strategy across the full customer lifecycle, including acquisition, retention, engagement, and reactivation.
- Develop and continuously improve attribution models to accurately assess channel performance and optimize marketing investment allocation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement media mix modeling, incrementality testing, and experimentation frameworks.
- Define and standardize marketing KPIs across paid media, CRM, ecommerce, subscriptions, conversion funnels, and customer lifetime value.
- Analyze performance across acquisition and retention funnels to identify gaps, opportunities, and optimization levers.
- Deliver clear, executive-ready reporting, dashboards, and insights that translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with product, analytics, finance, and engineering teams to ensure data quality, tracking integrity, and consistent measurement frameworks.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing analytics, performance marketing analytics, growth analytics, or ecommerce analytics roles.
- Proven experience leading marketing measurement strategy in a digital consumer, subscription, or ecommerce-driven business.
- Strong hands-on expertise in tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, paid media platforms, CRM systems, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and strong data analysis skills with experience handling large-scale marketing datasets.
- Deep understanding of attribution models, media mix modeling, incrementality testing, cohort analysis, churn analysis, and CLV modeling.
- Strong ability to translate data insights into business strategy and influence senior stakeholders through storytelling.
- Experience in experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, and marketing performance optimization.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to operate across strategy and hands-on execution.
