About the role
Are you looking for a role where you can build your marketing career while making a genuine difference in people's lives?
As a Marketing Executive at City Fertility, you will join a collaborative and high-performing marketing team supporting one of Australia's leading healthcare brands. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career marketer who is eager to gain hands-on experience across the full marketing mix, from digital campaigns and content creation to events, brand management, partnerships and patient engagement.
Reporting to a Marketing Manager, you will work on a diverse range of projects and campaigns that directly support patients on their path to parenthood. You'll have the opportunity to learn from experienced marketing professionals, build relationships across the business and develop a broad skill set in a fast-paced and purpose-driven environment.
We are looking for someone who is curious, proactive and passionate about marketing. You'll bring creativity, strong attention to detail and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and contribute wherever needed. In return, you will gain exposure to all aspects of modern marketing while being supported to grow your skills and advance your career.
If you are excited by the opportunity to combine meaningful work with professional development, and help more people create their future families, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll do
- Support the Marketing Manager with the implementation of the marketing strategy and campaigns for advertising, clinic openings, events and other promotional opportunities.
- Assist with campaign briefs, timelines and asset coordination.
- Prepare copy and content for collateral, communications and advertising, repurposing content across formats and channels, with an eye for what’s trending and relevant to our audiences.
- Assist with quality assurance of ads, scheduling, performance checks and reporting.
- Help keep marketing calendars, trackers and assets organised and up to date.
- Be a brand custodian — help ensure the brand shows up consistently, with content and communications that are customer-led, compassionate, relevant and consistent.
- Support the execution of B2B campaign strategies by collaborating with our State Sales Teams — events, digital programmes, trade shows and more.
- Support social media content and community management, contributing fresh, on-trend ideas.
- Coordinate with agencies, suppliers and internal teams to keep campaigns on track.
- Help ensure all content and advertising is accurate and compliant with AHPRA and ACCC advertising requirements.
- Champion inclusive, culturally safe communication that supports people at sensitive decision points.
- Take initiative to learn across the full marketing mix, building capability across brand, digital, content and analytics.
What we are looking for
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or a related field, with some experience in a brand or marketing role. Professional registration with AHPRA is not required for this role.
- An understanding of basic marketing principles and the media landscape — the role both above-the-line and below-the-line channels play in a marketing strategy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and a keen attention to detail.
- A curious, collaborative attitude with a willingness to get stuck in and learn across the full marketing mix.
- A genuine commitment to Compassion, Respect, Commitment, Quality and Communication in all work.
