About the role
As our SEM Performance Lead, you'll take ownership of our SEM channels end-to-end — from strategy and execution through to optimisation and reporting — with a strong focus on driving profitable customer acquisition and retention across two markets.
With the autonomy to shape our presence across Google Ads, Programmatic and CTV, you'll work alongside a collaborative, creative marketing team to deliver impactful campaigns and measurable results.
What you'll do
- Lead the strategy and execution of SEM channels including Google Ads, Programmatic and CTV
- Drive profitable new customer acquisition while building a clear re-marketing strategy for retention
- Manage and optimise channel budgets across AU and US markets to hit ROAS and efficiency targets
- Monitor and report on key metrics including ROAS, CAC, CPM, CTR, conversion, MER and MMT
- Brief ad creative and messaging in partnership with the broader creative and brand teams
- Deliver weekly performance updates and strategic insights to key stakeholders
- Build and manage audience segments with seamless channel integration
- Manage relationships with external channel reps and technology partners
- Stay ahead of industry trends, new ad formats and platform developments
Qualifications
- 3–5 years in paid performance marketing — fashion, beauty or lifestyle experience is a big plus
- Proven track record managing SEM campaigns at scale with measurable results
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Programmatic, and platforms such as Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Yotpo, Rakuten Affiliate, Mountain CTV and product feeds
- Strong analytical skills — you can turn data into clear, actionable strategy
- Excellent communicator who thrives in a cross-functional environment
- Self-motivated and comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Curious by nature with a genuine passion for digital marketing innovation
