Why Join Us?
At City Fertility, you will be part of a progressive, people-centred organisation where compassion, respect, commitment and quality care are at the heart of everything we do.
- Be part of a global network with world-class fertility expertise
- Work in a supportive, collaborative, and inclusive team environment
- Access ongoing professional development and career growth opportunities
- Make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and families every day
About the role
Rainbow Fertility is redefining what family building looks like. As a leading fertility provider dedicated to supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals, couples and families, we are committed to creating an inclusive, affirming and exceptional experience for every patient who trusts us with their journey.
As Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in growing a brand that is making a genuine difference in people's lives. You will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that build brand awareness, strengthen community engagement, drive patient growth and support our continued expansion.
This role offers a unique blend of strategic leadership and hands-on execution. From digital campaigns and content strategy to partnerships, brand development and patient acquisition, you'll have the opportunity to shape the entire marketing agenda and directly influence business outcomes.
We are looking for someone who combines commercial acumen with creativity, curiosity and a passion for authentic storytelling. You will thrive in a collaborative environment, work alongside a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, and help ensure more people can access the information, support and fertility care they deserve.
If you are excited by the opportunity to build a purpose-led brand, connect with diverse communities and create marketing that truly matters, we would love to hear from you.
What you'll do
- Develop and own the execution of an integrated marketing strategy for Rainbow Fertility, aligned to business growth targets and using data-driven customer insights to drive engagement, lead generation and ROI.
- Lead full-funnel, end-to-end campaign delivery across both above-the-line and below-the-line channels — ensuring consistency, compliance and timeliness, and being hands-on, in platform, where needed.
- Be the brand custodian: own how Rainbow Fertility shows up in market, ensuring content and communications are customer-led, compassionate, relevant, competitive and consistent.
- Manage and maintain brand positioning and marketing budgets, ensuring performance is maximising ROI on tactical spend.
- Build and execute B2B marketing campaign strategies by collaborating with our State Sales Teams to strengthen our brand and reputation through partnerships, digital programmes, trade shows and more.
- Create and implement a measurement framework that supports clear reporting on activity effectiveness against agreed KPIs.
- Work closely with internal teams so the customer experience is seamless as people transition through the paid, earned and owned environments.
- Develop and own the Rainbow Fertility content strategy and calendar, partnering with specialists to bring campaigns to life across social, website and owned channels.
- Ensure all content and advertising is accurate and compliant with AHPRA and ACCC advertising requirements and relevant clinical guidelines, with clear approval pathways.
- Manage agency and supplier relationships, driving quality, value and strong performance from external partners.
- Champion inclusive, culturally safe communication that supports people at sensitive decision points.
- Work closely with the Rainbow Experience Specialist and community to build authentic, grassroots reputation and ensure the brand voice is genuinely inclusive, safe and community-connected.
- Continuously deepen understanding of the Rainbow Fertility audience and brand architecture — who we serve, how we show up, and how we grow sustainably.
What we are looking for
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or a related field, with significant experience devising and delivering integrated marketing campaigns in an omnichannel environment to ensure brand consistency and salience. Professional registration with AHPRA is not required for this role.
- A solid understanding of comprehensive media buying, with hands-on digital platform experience and a strong grasp of the social media landscape.
- Customer- and data-obsessed: confident identifying key trends and ROI drivers, and using data and insights to inform decisions, optimise performance and provide detailed reporting.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, collaborating effectively across clinical and operational teams as well as external agencies and partners, and driving high-performance relationships.
- A genuine commitment to Compassion, Respect, Commitment, Quality and Communication, with a genuine understanding of, and commitment to, culturally safe and inclusive communication for LGBTQIA+ and diverse family-building audiences.
