THE OPPORTUNITY

We're seeking a dynamic Marketing, Events & Strategic Growth Manager to drive our brand visibility, enhance guest relationships, and maximise revenue opportunities. This pivotal role combines creative marketing expertise with strategic business acumen, perfect for someone who thrives in a sophisticated yet welcoming environment.

You'll be instrumental in maintaining our reputation as leaders in modern East Asian dining while driving sustainable growth across all dining experiences.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Digital Marketing & Communications

  • Develop compelling EDM campaigns that reflect our sophisticated brand voice

  • Create targeted content for diverse guest personas—from VIPs to special occasion diners

  • Coordinate social media strategy and oversee professional photoshoots

  • Craft messaging that balances sophistication with approachability

Event Management & Premium Experiences

  • Plan and execute high-profile events including Melbourne Cup, NYE, and exclusive celebrations

  • Maximise our private dining room (10 pax) and new function space (20-40 pax)

  • Coordinate seamless event delivery across our diverse seating options

  • Build relationships with corporate clients and special occasion planners

VIP & Relationship Management

  • Maintain our high-spending guest and VIP clientele relationships

  • Handle dedicated VIP reservation line with personalised service

  • Coordinate exclusive experiences and special offerings for top-tier guests

  • Manage group bookings and corporate dining experiences

Strategic Growth & Revenue Optimisation

  • Analyse booking patterns and guest behaviour to optimise capacity and revenue

  • Monitor competitive landscape and identify market opportunities

  • Develop promotional strategies that align with our premium positioning

  • Track performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations

Experience

  • 2-3 years minimum in marketing and events within premium hospitality

  • Proven track record in luxury dining or hospitality marketing

  • Experience managing VIP relationships and high-value customer segments

  • Background in revenue optimisation and strategic growth initiatives

Skills & Expertise

  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms and CRM systems

  • Social media strategy development and agency coordination

  • Event management and data analysis capabilities

  • Strong analytical mindset for booking pattern analysis and revenue optimisation
