Accounts Receivable Specialist in Chicago, Illinois at Precision Plating Company

Accounts Receivable Specialist manages the company’s incoming revenue by generating invoices, processing payments, and conducting collection activities. This includes processing customer invoices, posting cash receipts and applying payments to customer accounts, resolving cash differences with customers including preparing credit memos, and adjusting invoices, maintaining cash reconciliations on a timely basis, collection calls and follow-up. Identify process improvements to reduce Days Ssales Outstanding and improve cash collections. This person will be assisting the Controller with Month End Close, Year End Close and Audit related activities. This person will also be the back-up for Payroll processing. Paylocity experience preferred.

• Minimum two year Associates Degree
• Excellent Excel Skill level (vlookup, pivot tables, etc)
• Good interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail
• Talent for prioritizing and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
• Paylocity experience preferred.
