  • Collaborate with Salesforce administrators, developers, and marketing teams to improve reporting accuracy and automation.
  • Identify and implement AI-driven tools to enhance forecasting, reporting automation, and marketing operations efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, CRM operations, or marketing analytics roles in enterprise environments.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce reporting, dashboards, campaigns, leads, and opportunity structures.
  • Solid experience with marketing attribution, performance measurement, and pipeline analytics.
  • Proficiency in UTM tracking, Google Analytics, and marketing technology integrations.
  • Experience working with tools such as HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and DemandTools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to operate in complex, matrixed organizations and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with AI tools in marketing operations is a strong advantage.
  • Salesforce certification is preferred.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary with performance-based bonus eligibility (approximately 110,000 to 130,000 USD annually).
  • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, vision, and prescription plans.
  • Retirement savings plan with company matching contributions.
  • Paid time off including vacation, holidays, parental leave, and volunteer days.
  • Tuition reimbursement and continuous learning support programs.
  • Flexible remote or hybrid work arrangements.
  • Wellness and employee assistance programs supporting physical, mental, and financial health.
  • Inclusive and diverse workplace culture with strong focus on employee wellbeing and development.
