Accounts Payable at Muddy Cow – Lake Elmo, Minnesota

We are looking for a Staff Accountant to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency to meet deadlines.
• Analyze and reconcile vendor invoices and payments to ensure accuracy of company records
• Create and maintain vendor files, including W-9 and 1099s.
• Manage all check requests from all the locations
• Manage the accounts payable email
• Review all GL accounts that you touch monthly.
• Document and maintain complete and accurate supporting information for all AP financial transactions.
• Maintain all Food, LBW and Music licensing.
• • Part time 20 hours per week
  • Remote work mainly, 2 hours a week in the office to print checks and process mail
