- Strong commercial acumen with experience in renewals, expansion strategy, and account growth planning.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining focus on long-term account success.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and performance tracking.
- Experience in workforce development, education, AI, SaaS, or technology-enabled services is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Competitive compensation aligned with experience and seniority.
- Remote-first flexibility with collaboration across distributed teams.
- Unlimited paid time off and company-wide holiday breaks.
- Comprehensive benefits package (health, wellness, and insurance support depending on location).
- Opportunity to work on large-scale enterprise transformation and workforce development initiatives.
- Access to continuous learning and professional development programs.
- High-impact role with direct influence on client outcomes and organizational growth.
