This role plays an important part in supporting mortgage advisors in helping clients achieve their homeownership goals through a seamless and personalized experience. You will act as a key operational and client-facing support resource, assisting with mortgage applications, documentation, and day-to-day administrative coordination. The position combines client engagement, business development support, and structured administrative execution in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment. You will help ensure that client inquiries are handled efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail throughout the mortgage process. Working remotely in a flexible home-office setup, you will collaborate closely with advisors to help grow their client base and strengthen relationships. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a client-first environment where trust, communication, and precision are essential.
- Provide direct administrative and operational support to mobile mortgage advisors throughout the mortgage application and approval process.
- Respond to client inquiries and assist with documentation requirements to ensure a smooth and timely mortgage experience.
- Support client engagement activities by maintaining communication and helping guide applicants through key steps of the process.
- Assist in business development efforts, including outreach, marketing support, and client prospecting initiatives.
- Coordinate and organize mortgage-related documentation while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and completeness.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to prepare reports, track activities, and support advisor operations.
- Collaborate with advisors to improve client experience and identify opportunities to enhance service delivery.
- Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Previous experience in customer service, financial services, or mortgage-related environments is considered an asset.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation handling.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
