You will also contribute to shaping governance frameworks, process improvements, and change enablement strategies that support long-term transformation. Operating in a client-facing consulting environment, you will play a key role in guiding organizations through AI adoption and digital modernization. In this role, you will lead client-facing innovation and AI strategy engagements, turning business objectives into structured, actionable transformation plans.

• Deliver end-to-end innovation and AI strategy projects for enterprise clients across multiple industries.
• Design and facilitate workshops focused on strategy definition, process improvement, and roadmap development.
• Translate business objectives into clear execution plans, operating models, and transformation roadmaps.
• Develop governance frameworks, risk mitigation approaches, and operating standards for AI and digital initiatives.
• Prepare high-quality client deliverables including strategy presentations, playbooks, and implementation roadmaps.
• Collaborate with business and technology leaders to ensure alignment between strategy and execution.
• Support account planning, business development, and pre-sales activities as needed.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, methodologies, and best practices across the innovation practice.
• Assist in change enablement efforts to support adoption of new processes and technologies.

This role requires strong consulting and strategic thinking experience, combined with the ability to structure complex problems into actionable solutions.

• 5+ years of experience in innovation, strategy consulting, or digital transformation roles.
• Proven experience facilitating workshops and engaging senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of business process design, organizational change, and governance models.
• Experience working with AI tools or enterprise AI enablement initiatives is highly valued.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present clearly to diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into structured insights and plans.
• Experience supporting large-scale technology or transformation programs within organizations.
• Highly organized with strong planning, prioritization, and execution skills.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced, evolving consulting environments.
• Consulting experience and executive-level presence are strong assets.

• Competitive salary range: $125,000 – $145,000 USD (adjusted for Canada where applicable)
