Job Description
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sr Manager, BizOps & Analytics (New Products) in Canada. The role is with Jerry.ai.
This is a high-impact, zero-to-one Business Operations and Analytics leadership role focused on incubating and scaling new product lines from concept to launch. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and product execution, turning ambiguous opportunities into structured, data-driven businesses. The role is highly hands-on, requiring deep involvement in market research, experimentation, product development, and performance analysis across early-stage initiatives. You will initially embed within existing product teams to understand internal systems, customer behavior, and product workflows before independently launching new verticals. A key part of the role involves using data and experimentation to uncover insights, validate opportunities, and guide product direction. This is a fast-paced, high-ownership environment where you will act as the “CEO” of new business lines and build them from the ground up.
- Lead the incubation and scaling of new business lines from ideation through validation, launch, and growth.
- Embed within product teams to learn systems, customer research methods, and product development workflows.
- Conduct deep quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify opportunities and evaluate product-market fit.
- Translate ambiguous business challenges into structured models, hypotheses, and executable roadmaps.
- Partner with product, engineering, and design teams to build, test, and iterate on early-stage products.
- Own performance analytics, funnel analysis, and experimentation frameworks to guide decision-making.
- Build scalable foundations for new verticals, including eventual team formation and operational structure.
- 4+ years of experience in management consulting (MBB preferred), investment banking, or high-growth startup environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently perform complex data analysis and interpret business performance.
- Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive them to concrete, measurable outcomes.
- Experience working directly with executives or senior stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
- Strong systems thinking and first-principles approach to customer behavior and market dynamics.
- Highly comfortable with ownership and operating autonomously across multiple complex initiatives.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights and recommendations clearly and persuasively.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $170,000 to $220,000 USD, plus equity opportunities.
- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
- Paid time off, parental leave, and retirement savings plans (401K or RRSP depending on location).
- High-ownership environment with autonomy to build and scale new business lines end-to-end.
- Fast execution culture with weekly iteration cycles and minimal bureaucracy.
- Opportunity to directly shape new products in a high-growth, AI-powered consumer platform.
- Strong exposure to executive leadership and strategic decision-making at company level.
