- Partner with product, marketing, and business development teams to analyze customer behavior and improve acquisition, retention, and partnership strategies through data-driven insights.
- Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests and experiments to assess the impact of new features, campaigns, and operational changes.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, performance metrics, and analytical frameworks to monitor key business KPIs and identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses using SQL and advanced analytics techniques to uncover trends, diagnose issues, and support strategic decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve operational efficiency, and support scalable business growth initiatives.
- 2+ years of experience in management consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG preferred), business operations, or a highly analytical role in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and comfort working with large datasets and complex analyses to generate actionable insights.
- Solid foundation in structured problem-solving, with the ability to break down ambiguous problems using first-principles thinking.
- Experience communicating insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
- Strong intellectual curiosity, high attention to detail, and a consistent drive to raise performance standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, analytical, or rigorous academic discipline.
