In this role, you will play a critical part in improving how a high-growth, product-led organization operates across its core user funnels and product workflows. You will act as a bridge between Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Marketing teams, ensuring that insights, user feedback, and operational signals are translated into clear actions that improve product performance. You will also gain exposure to growth experimentation, product analytics, and cross-team coordination in a highly data-driven environment. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured problem-solving environments and enjoys improving systems that impact millions of users.

Accountabilities
  • Support product teams by analyzing user journeys, identifying friction points, and helping improve funnel performance through structured insights.
  • Own the collection and synthesis of user feedback from support channels, reviews, and research to inform product improvements.
  • Coordinate bug triage and resolution with engineering teams to ensure issues are prioritized, tracked, and resolved efficiently.
  • Assist in the execution of product initiatives, including scoped launches, feature updates, and operational improvements across the product lifecycle.
  • Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and Analytics teams to support experimentation, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Help maintain documentation, workflows, and operational processes to improve clarity, scalability, and execution quality across teams.
Requirements
  • 2–3 years of experience in product operations, product management, consulting, or a similarly analytical role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong structured thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex systems and identify actionable insights.
  • Comfortable working with data to analyze product performance, user behavior, and experiment outcomes.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong interest in product development, user experience, and growth experimentation.
Benefits
  • Competitive base salary aligned with experience and market standards
  • Equity opportunities as part of the total compensation package
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid time off, parental leave, and flexible leave policies
  • Retirement savings plans with employer contributions (US and Canada)
  • Wellness and mental health support programs
  • Exposure to high-scale product operations and fast-paced growth environments
