  • Support business development activities through participation in project scoping, effort estimation, and proposal development.
Requirements:

  • Strong expertise in change leadership methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and organizational adoption strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, including M365, Copilot AI tools, Teams, Power Platform, or related digital workplace solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at executive and operational levels.
  • Experience developing communication materials, training programs, user guides, and adoption resources across multiple formats.
  • Strong consulting mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt quickly, and deliver value in dynamic environments.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience in Agile environments and familiarity with enterprise IT transformation projects is highly valued.
  • Change management certifications and prior consulting experience, particularly within large consulting firms, are considered strong assets.
Benefits:

  • Fully remote work environment with flexible work arrangements supporting work-life balance.
