This is a unique opportunity for an experienced cybersecurity professional to combine technical expertise, product strategy, and partner enablement within an innovative and AI-driven environment. The role focuses on supporting MSP and channel partners by helping them successfully adopt and deliver advanced cybersecurity solutions to their customers. You will serve as a trusted advisor, bridging the gap between field insights, customer needs, and product evolution while driving end-user adoption and partner success. Working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, you will help shape go-to-market strategies, improve customer experiences, and influence future product development. This position is ideal for someone who understands the realities of cybersecurity operations and enjoys translating complex security concepts into practical business outcomes. The role offers strong exposure to emerging AI-driven security technologies, strategic collaboration, and meaningful impact across global cybersecurity ecosystems.
- Act as the primary field expert for MSP and channel partners, providing guidance on product positioning, onboarding, adoption, and customer engagement strategies.
- Collect, structure, and communicate partner and customer feedback related to usability, feature gaps, pricing, competitive positioning, and adoption challenges.
- Deliver regular market intelligence and regional feedback reports to Product leadership, highlighting trends, blockers, and enhancement opportunities.
- Support partners in building scalable onboarding frameworks, delivery playbooks, and customer success strategies for consistent deployment across client environments.
- Assist channel partners and end-user organizations in defining adoption goals, success metrics, and operational outcomes for cybersecurity initiatives.
- Provide guidance materials, FAQs, training resources, and best-practice documentation to improve customer enablement and platform adoption.
- Serve as an escalation point for complex adoption and customer experience challenges, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues effectively.
- Gather customer success stories, implementation use cases, and adoption insights to support enablement, product marketing, and strategic reporting initiatives.
- Work closely with Sales, Channel, Product Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Success teams to align enablement efforts with business priorities and platform evolution.
- Contribute to localization, market-specific messaging, and customer engagement strategies within the Canadian market.
- 5–8 years of experience in cybersecurity-related roles such as technical pre-sales, partner enablement, customer success, security consulting, channel management, or field advisory positions.
- Experience working with or within MSPs, VARs, channel partners, or managed security service environments.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity operations, governance, risk and compliance (GRC), vCISO services, or security program management.
- Experience supporting customer onboarding, enablement, training, or adoption programs in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity environments.
- Ability to communicate complex cybersecurity and platform concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong relationship-building, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience gathering and translating customer feedback into actionable product and business insights.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in collaborative and fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.
- Practical understanding of AI technologies and a genuine interest in leveraging AI tools to improve enablement, customer success, and security operations.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify customer pain points, operational gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with distributed and global teams.
- Competitive base salary ranging from CAD $134,000 to $223,000 depending on experience, location, and qualifications.
