Job Description

Business Operations Analyst, AI Enablement

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Business Operations Analyst, AI Enablement in Canada.

This role sits at the center of operational transformation within a fast-scaling, AI-driven environment where improving how work gets done is a top priority. You will help redesign and optimize internal workflows, identifying inefficiencies and turning them into streamlined, technology-enabled processes. The position blends analytical thinking, hands-on execution, and experimentation with emerging AI tools to unlock new levels of productivity across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as Operations, Finance, and Go-To-Market, translating real business challenges into practical, scalable solutions. This is a highly collaborative role where curiosity, ownership, and problem-solving directly shape how teams operate day to day. You’ll also have the opportunity to build and deploy lightweight tools, prototypes, and automations that remove friction and improve speed. It’s an ideal role for someone eager to help a company evolve toward an AI-first operating model.

Accountabilities:
  • Analyze and map existing business workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for automation or redesign.
  • Design and implement improved processes using low-code/no-code tools, AI-enabled solutions, and lightweight internal systems.
  • Own initiatives end-to-end, from problem definition and solution design through implementation, testing, and iteration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Operations, Finance, and GTM teams to understand pain points and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Build prototypes, automations, and workflow enhancements that increase speed, accuracy, and scalability of internal operations.
  • Support the adoption of AI tools and “doing more with less” principles across teams through enablement and practical application.
  • Continuously evaluate internal processes and propose data-driven improvements to strengthen overall operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1–2 years of experience in business operations, process improvement, consulting, or similar execution-focused roles (preferred but not required).
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with the ability to move between detailed execution and high-level strategy.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and clearly articulate ideas and solutions.
  • Curiosity and strong interest in AI tools, automation, and modern workflow optimization techniques.
  • Experience or exposure to low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Parabola, n8n) is an asset.
  • Basic familiarity with SQL, scripting, dashboards, or data tools is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage projects from concept to completion.
  • Self-starter mindset with strong ownership, reliability, and follow-through.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation aligned with experience and market benchmarks.
  • Flexible work arrangements with remote or hybrid options depending on team needs.
  • Opportunity to work at the forefront of AI-enabled business transformation.
  • High-impact role with direct visibility across multiple business functions.
  • Strong learning culture with exposure to automation, AI tools, and modern operations practices.
  • Collaborative, fast-paced environment that values experimentation and continuous improvement.
  • Opportunity to shape internal systems and processes at a scaling organization.
