This role sits at the center of logistics, customer service, and international trade operations, ensuring seamless coordination from order intake through final delivery. You will act as a key link between sales teams, customers, suppliers, and logistics partners, supporting smooth execution across domestic and global shipments. The position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced, remote environment. You will oversee order processing, shipping documentation, customs coordination, and compliance requirements while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. A key part of your impact will be ensuring timely communication and alignment across stakeholders in sales, accounting, and logistics. This is a fully remote role where structure, responsiveness, and problem-solving are essential to success.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end order coordination and ensuring efficient execution of logistics and customer service processes across domestic and international operations. You will support seamless communication between internal teams, customers, and external logistics partners while ensuring compliance with global trade requirements.
- Manage the full order lifecycle from order entry through delivery, including import/export coordination and shipment tracking.
- Coordinate logistics activities such as customs clearance, Hazmat compliance, documentation, and final delivery arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact between sales, customers, accounting, brokers, and transportation providers.
- Authorize supplier payments and process related invoicing activities.
- Ensure compliance with domestic and international shipping regulations and trade requirements.
- Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve issues to ensure timely delivery.
- Support continuous improvement of sales and logistics coordination processes.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation across systems and stakeholders.
This role requires experience in logistics, customer service, or supply chain coordination, ideally within an international or fast-paced operational environment. You are highly organized, service-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fully remote setting.
- 2–3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, trucking, or supply chain coordination.
- Experience in sales support, operations support, or customer service roles.
- Exposure to international trade, import/export processes, or global logistics operations.
- Strong customer-focused mindset with ability to manage tight deadlines and competing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in a remote work environment.
- Ability to work independently and maintain structured workflows in a virtual setup.
- Familiarity with customs procedures such as ISF and ACI is an asset.
- Knowledge of Hazmat, GHS, EPA, or FDA regulations is a plus.
- CITT certification or supply chain education is an advantage.
