This role sits at the center of a large-scale consumer platform focused on strengthening human connection through location-based and relationship-driven experiences. You will define and drive the engagement strategy for millions of active users, shaping how people interact with the product across meaningful daily moments. Working in an AI-native environment, you will leverage data, experimentation, and machine learning capabilities to design experiences that deepen connections within user networks and increase long-term engagement. The position requires strong product leadership, deep consumer instincts, and the ability to operate across growth, UX, and platform layers. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and growth teams to translate insights into high-impact product experiences. This is a highly strategic and hands-on role where your decisions directly influence retention, frequency, and the evolution of core user relationships at scale.
- Define and lead the engagement strategy across core consumer experiences, focusing on increasing frequency, retention, and meaningful user interactions
- Identify and deliver high-impact product initiatives that deepen relationships between users and strengthen network effects across circles
- Partner with Growth, Engineering, Design, and Data teams to design, test, and iterate on engagement-driving features and experiences
- Leverage experimentation, analytics, and behavioral insights to inform roadmap priorities and validate product decisions
- Build scalable engagement systems, including contextual prompts, interaction loops, and modular product components
- Balance long-term product vision with rapid experimentation cycles, ensuring continuous delivery of measurable outcomes
- 8+ years of experience in consumer product management with a strong track record of shipping engagement or growth-focused products
- Proven ability to drive measurable improvements in activation, retention, virality, or user engagement metrics
- Strong understanding of product analytics, experimentation frameworks, and cohort-based analysis
- Experience working across UX, systems thinking, and data-driven decision-making environments
- Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels, managing multi-quarter roadmaps and fast iteration cycles
- Familiarity with AI-enabled product development, including prototyping, experimentation, and AI-assisted workflows
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional technical and non-technical teams
